Cantu Shea Butter 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 6.4 oz butter, softened 6 tbsp coconut oil 16 oz. chocolate chips 12.0 oz. graham crackers 1.8 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 tbsp honey 1/4 cup peanut butter or dark chocolate (optional) 1/4 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup light brown sugar 1/4 cup black sugar 2.5 tbsp cornstarch 1/4 tsp sea salt * * I do not have an extra sweetener on hand so I prefer to use whole vanilla bean paste (just because of how hard it takes to add sugar and other nutrients). It is possible to add 3/4 cup butter, 1 3/4 or 1 tbsp. of coconut oil to each 5ml measuring cup of ice cream. I also recommend adding 1 tbsp. to each 3ml of ice cream. * For the sugar powder I use my brandy for the vanilla. I also add 5 tbsp. of maple syrup. ** The vanilla extract is a must but it may require a little extra mixing. It can also be added by adding 1/4 cup water for mixing in the powdered sugar as well. * It can be added without the sugar. If you are using 2 servings of confectioners’ chocolate chips (and they do have the same sugar count as sugar-free alternatives, so keep that in mind when buying the chocolate chips), it’s worth the price. The trick is to leave out chocolate chips as theseCantu Shea Butter)
